Four Point Insurance Inspections: With homes over twenty five years of age, some insurance carriers may require an inspection of the components that most relate to insurance liability before underwriting a policy. This type of inspection includes an evaluation of the roofing, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems only.

Pool and Spa Inspections: George Hallaron is fully certified to conduct swimming pool and spa inspections for above ground as well as in ground installations. Swimming pool construction can be elaborate, therefore it's worth having the pool and/or spa inspected for foundation issues, proper plumbing, adequate heating, and pool safety.
Component Inspections: There are seven main components to a home inspection: Exterior, Interior, Roof, Structure, Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC (heating, ventilation & air-conditioning). All of these components are included in a complete home inspection. Bienvenue Home Inspections will inspect any one of these individually for a prorated fee.
Rental Property Inspections: Property inspections can be a tool for landlords or property managers. Bienvenue Home Inspections can perform a walkthrough inspection prior to the leasing of rental property which includes an inspection of electrical, HVAC, walls, windows, and doors. We submit a report with photographic documentation, and can set up a routine inspection schedule for long term occupancy, and complete the process with a final walkthrough inspection prior to termination of the lease. For lessees, a walkthrough inspection can provide you with peace of mind that you are moving your family into a safe rental home.
Loan Draw Inspections: We offer completion percentage inspections for financial institutions issuing loan draws to its customers.
Home Maintenance Consulting: We offer complete home maintenance consultations where we evaluate your homes systems and wright up a comprehensive list of the items in need of repair and items that need replacement as well as suggested methods for said repairs. We also offer code compliance advice.
