This fee schedule is for general pricing information only, and additional fees may apply based on specific building information.

These fees reflect single family homes and are based on total under beam square footage. Up to two HVAC systems, and up to two water heaters, are included in these prices. Any additional HVAC systems, or water heaters, will be subject to a $25.00 fee increase per each additional unit.

There may be an additional fee increase of $25.00 for houses over fifty years of age.

Any additional outbuildings are subject to additional fees based on total underbeam square footage, and specific applicable use.

2500 - 2999 sq. ft. ......................................... $350.00
3000 - 3499 sq. ft. ......................................... $375.00
3500 - 3999 sq. ft. ......................................... $400.00

4500 - 4999 sq. ft. ......................................... $500.00

Crawlspace navigation fee is an additional $50.00
